Boar said:welcome mate ..220 is a nice unequipped squat !

im sure that deadlift will work its way up ...be 230..240 in no time

Cheers mate squats are my best lift really been working on them. I think box squats have really helped me build them up. Going to start a 3 week cycle with the deadlifts of
week 1: standing on blocks
week 2 : rack lifts
week 3: off the floor
hopefully this should help them along nicely Happy

» Chains for squattig and benching (Go to post)29-04-2010 @ 22:38
They are the chains that are used to hoist skips up onto the vans that transport them. They are all joined together at the moment which is why i wanted to know what length to get them cut to. They are very heavy though Happy

I've managed to get hold of some decent size chain but it needs cutting down in to suitable lengths. Only thing is is that i don't have any idea what lengths to get them cut into. Any ideas?
