| Going to start adding the forward hold stuff to YT now, while I go out and get some fodder. The good lady Fandango was so impressed by all of your tyre flipping that she started flipping a Landrover wheel across the garden as soon as we got back.  Hope the leg recovers soon Mr Boar! | |||

| Yeah. If you do a youtube search for "strongman pole push" you'll see it. There are team versions too, but that wouldn't apply in this case. There's usually a couple of loops of rope on either end of the pole too. | |||
