Great session, everything felt good, wasn't going to do yoke but got carried away and joined in with the lads, glad I did now. Happy

Great session, stricts felt good except for the blip on the middle set, squats were ok, little niggle in knee but not too bad.
Axle was a real lung buster but good to finish on.
