Comp run through today before next saturday. Weighed in at 92.7 this morn, perfect. Squat - warm up 180 x 1 185 x 1 190 x 1 Aiming for 200 next week. Bench - warm up 120 x 1 125 x 1 135 x 1 (PB) All paused, aim for 137.5 next week Dead lift - warm up 200 x 1 210 x 1 215 x 1 Pretty solid, aim for 225 equal pb on saturday. Did some cardio at the end. | |||

Squats today. Pretty simple and easy, competition week saturday. 60 x 5 100 x 5 120 x 5 140 x 3 160 x 3 180 x 3 (Rep PB) 100 x 3 x 3 (fast as possible) Front squats - 100 x 3 120 x 2 140 x 1 Cardio - bike - 10min interval work, 1 min sprint x 1 min rest. 10 mins low intensity afterwards. | |||

Today was benching. Good sesh, ended up doing some stupid stuff but was all fun and games Bench - warm up 90 x 3 105 x 3 117.5 x 3 Tricep Death (Board pressing) 90kg - 1 board = 12, 3 board = 7, 5 board = 4 100kg - " - " = 9, 7, 3 110kg - " - " = 5, 5, 3 Then we did from 5 board down to 1 board (And back up as many as poss) @ 90kg = 5, 5, 5, 2 Then close grip bench = 100 x 3 110 x 3 115 x 2 Band pressing (Stuck every band there was on just to see what happened ) 100 x 1 added fat grips 100 x 1 no fat grips 100 x 1 | |||

Messed around with snatches and clean technique today got to 60kg snatch, did this a few times. (Work on OverHead Squat!!!) Did 50kg cleans (Work on wrist flexibility) Deadlifts (Sat back more into these for more quad activation) Pulled 210 beltless woo (PB) Then did a tire flip, keg toss, tire toss and keg carry medley 3 times | |||
