I love it! Can always make time for a session

x2

got to enjoy what your doing rodge

x3 find what works for you and you enjoy.

Also it admittedly doesn't help that you train with monsters so ur always gonna feel like ur going backwards, I always feel like that when coming to do events at SAS. What u need to do is try to ignore the monsters progress (easier said than done) and feed off their enthusiasm.

normally just a week just to keep the compund movements going. but have a think and see what not progressing and then choose something else you could try.

If your lacking the motivation and enthusiasm its normally time to back off, or week off or de-load or whatever, sometimes a complete break for a week, but many feel guilty or lazy doing this, the word overtraining gets used a lot but I think not many realise how fried our CNS gets from hitting constant heavy weight, and everyone's different.

Continue training. Just do what you feel like doing. Drop the volume (of the workout) so if you have a set of 5 on deadlifst, just do one. Etc.

I don't deload, I just change wha I'm doing, and if I feel like I'm about to die, I have a double espresso then try Grin, if that don't work, I have an easy session

Disclaimer: I'm young n probably stupid.

Every month? No, not naturally anyway. We live in a sport that has a rule of diminishing returns. Have a look at this: http://www.jcdfitness.com/2010/03/the-law-of-diminishing-retur...

Remember that progress is progress, no matter how small. And in a very interactive world its easy to think that everyone is doing better because we have access to hundreds of training logs.
