train at home so not sure if he needs the info

work out 3-4 times

ideal time, 12ish if im not at work late afternoon otherwise.

things i need, space, barbell, lots of plates, squat rack, bench.

things i want, a level floor, a full set of bumper plates, sauna.

How much are you currently paying to train?

Would a 12 month contract appeal to you if it had a significant discount?

How far do you travel to a gym? depened either 10meters or 28 miles

What is the ideal time for you to train? early afternoon or early evening

How many times per week do you train? 3 to 4 depending on my plan

Do you train at more than one gym? If so why? yes, i train by mself at home so its nice to get some social interation when you train and also help with a spotter

List your top 8 pieces of essential kit needed in a gym? Power cage, bar, weights, Neoprenes, belt, bands, adjustable bench, DB's

List your top 3 wish list items for a gym? currently, Squat stands, Texas bar, reverse hyper bench

What facilities would be of interest to you? warm ones

normally train between 6 and 7

1.Heavy dumbells

2.a few benches

I like paying a monthly fee, i just pay at the begining of the month cash. Handy enough

1 - Zero, but around 1.5k over the last 3 years for the home gym.

2 - Sure, if the gym was what I wanted.

3 - Step out to the conservatory.

4 - Usually 7pm.

5 - 4 to 6

6 - Sometimes to see friends. Not on a regular basis.

7 - Power rack, decent bar, decent rubber plates, bench, flat floor, plates rack

8 - Peace and quiet, no smelly people.

9 - Tea making facilities (serious)

10 - That sounds interesting.

smalls I think the last part is an idea aimed at people who work away from home etc for example guys in the forces who are all over the place and only back home for a few months/weeks at a time they can just add credit to the card and use it while there back

Yes, the other gym has different equipment - brakes up the normal routine

1. Power rack 2. Loads of plates 3. A good selection of bars (SSB, Deadlift bar, Texas Power bar, Thick bar the more the better) 4. Proper benches Flat, Incline and adjustable 5. Dumbells from 10 to 60 preferably with heavier ones too 6. Quality machines with purpose, cable row, lat pulldown, chest supported row, leg press, knee extension and ham curl 7. Chains 8. A lifting platform

1 Power Rack w bench
2 Good all round bar
3 Pullup Bar
4 Bands (or use of a cable machine in a commercial gym)
5 Dumbells
Dont really think there are other Essentials but id purchase after this in this order
6 Ham Curl machine/or preferably a glute ham raise
7 speciallity bars (???? struggling)
8 Deadlift/oly lift platform

For one thats already got a "basic" level of kit eg bar/plates etc
1 Monolift
2 Speciality Bars
