probably makes f**k all difference mate. The bodybuilders make such a big deal about everything, and that kind of rubs of to all iron game, but in the end of the day that kind of details dont really make any difference.

Get some sugar in you after training. If nothing else it'll make you feel better.

As Joni says, I wouldnt worry about the rest. I doubt it makes any tangible difference.

The most important thing is to get some food inside you after training. There is probably scientific evidence to back up some supplement timing I am sure, whether or not it makes any difference in the real world is another thing.

From Creapure's website;

The absorption of creatine into cells can be improved by taking creatine together with simple carbohydrates, such as glucose, instead of just taking it in its pure form. The improved creatine absorption is attributed to stimulation of the creatine transporter arranged by insulin. To do this, though, large amounts of carbohydrates (~100 g) or a combination of carbohydrates (50 g) and protein (50 g) are required to cause a significant increase in the amount of creatine to be taken up

I don't like getting too scientific with supplements etc, and creatine will deffo work whatever time you take it, but since I have about 50g sugar 50g whey after training anyway, I may as well add it.
