No real recipes, just chucking everything in. great way to up your veggie intake. I actually enjoy the drinks as well, usually vvery punchy. | ||

More hardcore than say someone who is afraid of a bit of pea protein Its better to have a good juicer if you take this s**t seriously, because it doesnt waste so much, the pulp that comes out is almost bone dry sometimes, and if you have a s**t juicer it will waste a lot of the goodies. a lot of athletes either juice or blend some of the superfood veggies because its so much easier to get them in you like that. Though having said that i do like spring greens and kale steamed or stir fried as well. | ||
