have been juicing more lately, just random veggies like carrots, kale, spring greens, ginger, apples, beetroots, parsley and so on. No real recipes, just chucking everything in.

great way to up your veggie intake. I actually enjoy the drinks as well, usually vvery punchy.

Fair play mate, I would be way too lazy to buy all those things and then spend time throwing them all together. Respect.

couple apples

few carrots

wedge of ginger

whack of kale

but honestly, just using whats there, and what has been cheap at the supermarket. usually try to mix some sweet stuff with the hardcore stuff like kale or spring greens.

if you blend the greens like kale or something you have to be hardcore to drink it. More hardcore than say someone who is afraid of a bit of pea protein Grin

Its better to have a good juicer if you take this s**t seriously, because it doesnt waste so much, the pulp that comes out is almost bone dry sometimes, and if you have a s**t juicer it will waste a lot of the goodies.

a lot of athletes either juice or blend some of the superfood veggies because its so much easier to get them in you like that. Though having said that i do like spring greens and kale steamed or stir fried as well.

yeah i think so mate, all juicy fruits, not like bananas and stuff. But apples, pears, grapes have all been good so far.

ginger kicks ass as well, especially if the man flu is coming up.

Wife bought one of these the other year owing to one diet fad or another. Maybe I should dig it out and start using it.
