I've been doing some shoulder rehab work on the days I don't train is the any benefits of doing it on my pressing days as a warm up or would it exhaust the small muscles I'm wanting to strengthen making them more susceptible to injury when I move to pressing.

Best best is activation stuff before pressing, so YTWLs, scap pushups etc, then do the rehab exercises after. I put some on my blog - apologies for naff videos.
