Yesterday

1 arm dumbbell press:

did over an hour just working on tekkers and timing, when I caught them right they were flying, just struggle to get the position every time. Worked upto 90kg (comp weight) for singles.

Loads of shoulder stretching and mobility so I can get a nice position with the DB.
