As in a swiss bar? It can be useful for a couple of things and the bigger ones are good as a bench variation but certainly nowhere near an essential piece of kit

If that's what he means, then yes, they're good. Great if you've shoulder injuries, neutral grip pressing is then the way forward... But agree, it's not an essential item, very much a nice to have IMO

It is stupid... Cleaning a big ass overdeveloped bar and then trying to get it's balance in your hands to press overhead... If it comes down, it comes down on you and around now, not like an oly bar that'll just drop the the floor Grin
