not a big lift but really happy with it so thought I would post it up here bare in mind in September I couldn't even bend down to the bar let alone lift so im over the moon to be back pulling 260 even if it is for a slow single

I know what you mean need to really dial my tech back in look like a right newbie watching those pulls bouncing off the shins and shruging lol

Back injuries are nasty things, I had 1.5 years off rugby before with one!

How are you weighing now? Still planning on competing at 120kg?

At first I thaught I would be out for a long long time as I couldn't even tie my shoes for about 2 weeks after

I'm 118 at the momment so will compete at 120 have no intenstion of being a 105 again
Just feel good at this body wieght
