Hi peoples, well to cut a long story short, i broke my wrist about 10 months ago snowboarding and after putting it off im back training again and boy im weak Unhappy also down from 15st to 12st10 Unhappy alot more cardio fit tho cause thats pretty much all ive done in the last 10 months...
any tips to get back on feet would be greatly appreciated

message martinb, he broke his wrist in a comp and trained around it for a while. stretching etc to get full range of movement back

cheers mate, my wrist is fine now, was looking for tips on geting strong again lol i guess its just the long haul back ...

I broke my arm in October and started training again in Feb taken me about 2 months to get back to normal. I just tried lifting as heavy as I could and doing sets of 5, also used them grip things a load (the things you squeeze together in your hand). I also invested in some wrist straps that probably helped me the most.
