Crackin lifting jt

I have once again been enjoying the rowing , I can't stay away , being a 75kg'er makes it so muc harder but I'm pretty confident of going under 7 minutes

Hope your c2 is seeing some of you, even if it's just the first Saturday of the month

sub 7 as a light very good I'm sure you can do it, my c2 is somewhat neglected apart from the odd steady 20 minutes now and then

How many boxing fights did you have?

Have not done any real training on the weights for around 3 years other than a few bench sessions and late night inebriated power comps.
