Great consistency, last one faster with same HR. I think you'll easily duck under 6:40, maybe by a few seconds. 1:39 pace? No problem Grin

Some excellent sessions.

The dread around those TR sessions isn't nice. You did very well t keep them all at the pace you did. This is an area where I massively need to improve - I'm toast after one rep!

My best AT session so far much better than Tuesday First rep I smashed out the last 2minutes to get to 1.45. 2nd rep I set off wanting below 1.48 but same as Tuesday i had to slow to accommodate HR. Feeling buoyed by a couple of good sessions bring on the TR tomorrow.

Excellent reps on the C2. A comfy 1:45 pace bodes well for both 2k and 5k.

Thanks guys, I have done 1.44.4 for 10 minutes back in 2014. 32 164 so TR i should think.
Another cruddy night, struggle to get motivated and thinking of HD even on the warm up and just about every stroke but somehow managed to battle through.

Do 4 minutes rest as advised. A minute should be a big difference.

Well done for battling through. TR sessions are not fun.

Solid TR work. I'd do as Sparrow suggests, touch more rest and try to do them just a touch faster, what could go wrong Grin!

Feeling a bit rubbish today should of took notice of elevated HR on warm up.

Should of been 4x15 I started rep 1 with an aim at 1.50 but HR was maxed after 7 minutes and had to decelerate. Rep 2 started aiming for 1.53 but HR was maxed after 4 minutes and I felt pretty rubbish so limped the rest of the way. Have spent most of the day in self pity on the sofa. (wife and boy are also groggy) Hopefully tomorrow will be back on plan

We all went and got a covid test yesterday, pleased to say we are all negative but still feeling crappy. Supposedly 3x8AT for me today but no way was that a realistic prospect.

I can see this week being much the same (as today) and restart week 12 next Monday.

Glad you're covid free, but sorry you're feeling crappy.

Rest up. The Erg will still be there when you're feeling better Grin

Speaking of which, you don't by chance have a second c2 you want to sell? I'm considering selling my dumbbell set (I don't often use them and don't need them) and I'd use the cash for a second c2 so that I could row at the same time as my wife/brother.

Good luck with that, it's not really worked for me when I've tried it Grin Like you say, no harm in a steady few days and redo the week if you're feeling crappy.
