A real struggle today as can be seen by pace and HR. I almost had a day off and could of quit ataxy point. I have a heavy work week coming up so may do my sessions at the bottom of the bands to try and get through.

I did that for a few sessions when it was all getting a bit much, helped a lot at the time.

If it's for HR jt I'm starting to think (hope) it doesn't make too much difference if you hit it after 3 minutes or 5 minutes. It certainly does make sessions more pleasant.

I discovered a couple of damp patches on the walls in the indoor rowing room, Hardly surprising after the gallons of sweat and exhaled hot spitty air molecules. So back out to the shed on the C today. Should of been 3x19 UT1 but had to split it for Marital reasons.

Mr Wayne, Many decades ago I could do that number but now I do them the other way up. That last set of 90 messed up my lower back for a couple of days so next time it will be feet on a stepladder.

Mr Boar, at the end of this 26 week programme I sincerely hope to be a good bit quicker than 6.39.
