Hi Mark - great to have a new face on the site.

Feel free to start a journal so we can see how your training goes!

welcome to the board mate! Good lifts there, good base to build on.

What are your training goals at the moment? How do you train, i mean what kind of training do you do?

thanks for the welcome i,m currently training three times a week, chestand arms, legs and abs/gut and back and delts, doing three exrcises for the big muscle group and two for the smaller, and about 15 min cardio per session. i,m having trouble with the diet tho i,m used to high protien and pretty low carb, and now finding it way too easy to eat cakes and choc and pileing the weight on mainly around my waist any suggestions?

How come your diet has changed Mark?

I find that i dont crave chocolate, sweets etc becuase i always eat a small meal every 3 hours, sometimes just a protein shake or something, it definatley helps if you have a sweet tooth Wink

Hello and welcome mate,

i also find if i eat regularly (like no more than two hrs gap between meals) it stops cravings.

i,m eating a lot more carbs than before, still eat every 3 hours, but i,m really craving junk food for some reason, can,t say no to choc and sweets, i,ve always had a sweet tooth, but last year got really disciplined any got my body fat down, i tried the old diet for a week last month but couldn,t lift any sort of heavy lifts, gonna give myself till after x-mas then get a bit more disciplined, i,m really enjoying the powerlifting routine tho
