thanks neil. its improving slowly bud, and so are my lifts because of this. Not sure about doing strongman anymore as i didnt realise how much people used gear and kind of think its unfair now. i do realise there is natural comps but they are the same unfortunatelyUnhappy

What programme are you following? Looks really good. I'm on 5/3/1 but have been told it's crap for the stage I am at.

made my own routine mate, well copied a routine then changed a few things.

yeah its growing on me davy haha. since i started stretching ive been finding it harder to keep balance, maybe its because am less ridgid?
