well done tonight mate. 100 looked good.

Not sure of this jerk business though, push press at a push, but more like bend your knees and strict press Wink

Once you learn to use your legs you will add 20kg to that no problem

Looking through the journal and done of the comments from Davy I thought it was a Scalloway trainer but unsure who it was. So Davy has informed me it you Matthew. Some very nice graft and well done on the Pull PB's

thanks mate, I supose it's just one of them things I need abit more experience doing realy. I am realy happy about the clean progress.

Good progress and a milestone out of the way.

I was a little behind tonight, but will arrange to do a session on it with you soon and see if I can help with the tech. There is a lot more there for sure

Get your name in for that Blue Light comp, perfect level. You can do it all, but its enough to be a challenge over the course of the day.
