Red Bull is banned in netball Member 799, 1484 posts | I get a Sports Massage every 3 to 4 weeks now, as I was having back trouble. Its sorted it right out and my training has improved. Plus I have added a stretch routine during and after all my gym sessions. Don't forget that some back problems can be caused by tight hamstrings/calves. I thought my back was tight, it wasn't but the hamstrings and calves were super tight and it had transfered up. | ||
