Member 1224, 652 posts | WED: DEADLIFT: 60KG X 10reps 100k x 5 reps 140k x 5 reps 180k x 5 reps 220k x 3 reps 220k x 3 reps 220k x 3 reps 180k x 10rep it was a nice change doing light reps very comfy. i went onto pull down machine 100k x 8 120k x 8 150k x 8 alot of swinging wasnt hitting the right muscles 100k x 12 very strict movement BTN PP this was the 1st time doing these didnt know what to expect?? 60k x 3rep 80k x 3rep 100 x 3rep 110 x 1 it felt pretty easy i just didnt like bringing it down 1st time nerves. could easily of added 10 15kg but not having someone around me giving me proper tips i left it at that. behind the neck standing strict press 60kg x 10 rep | ||

Member 1224, 652 posts | Post Edited: 04.05.2010 @ 20:19 PM by maca i done my 1st squat session this year yesterday, took it easy on the reps and i wasnt lifting any major weight and yet i feel sore as f**k today SQUATS 60kg x 5 reps 100k x 5 reps 140k x 2 reps 180k x 2 rep (belt on) 180k x 2 reps that was enough for me i could feel my shin hurting a little. 180's felt really light lifting off but heavy on the way out the hole, i need to work more on my leg strength its been a while but overall i was pleased. BTN PP just messing around whilst in the squat rack 60kg x 2rep 100k x 2rep 120k x failed lockout by inches SEATED DUMBELL SHOULDER PRESS (this was done at 75degree 1 notch down from vertical) 32kg x 10 42kg x 10 48kg x 6 PB i think as this is the heaviest dbell in the gym 48kg x 6 | ||
