last night I went to a venue in kings cross where they have 2 rooms with various different bands playing in each. Last time I went there it was pretty enjoyable. Anyway one band came on who sounded what im assuming death metal sounds like to old people, kind of like early napalm death only not lovable Birmingham carpetbaggers. It sounded like a load of drunk 7 year olds smashing some instruments around while a screeching narrowback climbed around the balcony and other such infrastructure with someone following him taking pictures of him. Then at the end they got the whole drum kit and stuff and set it up in the middle of the audience and smashed it up a bit. I really should have stolen some of the Sabians.

I believe that by acting all "totes cray" they were trying to be all like "hey everyone pay attention to us" rather than gaining popularity by playing good music, and this isn't very good in my opinion. maybe Im just getting old, or maybe its because I wasn't on a load of drugs or something.

anyway so its ruined music for me and I never want to hear anything ever again

Good review Jackheim.
I've seen bands like that before and some were ok and some were really bad.

Very nice deadlift numbers. That is the dream right there. If only I could develop that power.

that's some good stuff gates

wiegie, as I was making all kinds of squat gains before my sciatica revealed its self again so I took the weight way down to 60kg and just started doing sets of 5,5,10 and building up 5kg per session. when it gets heavy I will lower it to like 5,5,8 then 5,5,5 or whatever, then 2 sets of 5 then 1 set of 5 then 3 sets of 3.......

or something like that, il play it by ear
