Member 3714, 637 posts SQ 265, BP 177.5, DL 265707.5 kgs @ 97kgs Eq | this is my first week on phase 2, competition phase. i have to say the 80% of projected 1RM lifts, for 1 rep seems very easy. in fact i have gone up another 2 weights in deadlift and squat already this week and felt i had more in me. is this worth doing? i mean if the strength is clearly there is it worth hitting higher numbers or should i stick to the percentages outlined in the articles? thanks. | ||
