Had a very strange dream last night

Basically was training for Powerlifting , Weightlifting , Strongman , bodybuilding

Competing in all and winning all , at this point I awoke as I knew I was dreaming Roll-Eyes

Anyhoooow got me thinking if a training split could or would be possible if such way inclined.

Session 1 : squat , bench , deadlift

Session 2 : snatch , c+j

Session 3 : farmers , tyre , yoke etc.

Session 4 : full body hypertrophy

Could a super being be made with sufficient recovery time in a average/above average human

Or would you end up with a jack of all trades master of f**k all?

Thoughts ? Or not. It's late and im blabbering

I don't think Pudzs top end strength would meet powerlifting standards, I'd also questikn his wL ability and.flexibility (although if he was driven to succeed in it I'm sure he could) I'd say Misha, but while big, he's no bodybuilder.

Still 3/4

You'd have to get your supplements from places other than Holland & Barrett.

But not all at the same time. And he wasn't truly world class in any except strongman.

Agreed.

If I ecall correctly:

Wales and Worlds strongest man.
Welsh powerlifting champion
British efbb 2nd place bodybuilding
1984 olympics (snatch silver medal)

All incredible achievements, certainly things most of us can only dream of. SM and WL were world class (just because he wasnt a world beater doesnt mean he wasnt world class). National podia are beyond jack of all trades too...

Still, he's probably the best example.

So Taylor 4/4 at different times or Misha 3/4 at the same time. Also Karlssen 3/4 at different times.

Plenty of 2/4:

Johnnie Jackson
Stan Efferding
Eddie Ellwood
Sebastian Wenta (if we count HG)
JP Caron
Derek Boyer

etc etc
