Big fish in a small pond Member 1150, 2101 posts | Ok so awhile ago I got an injury which is where basically where my pelvis is just under my gut, trained around it and it calmed down abit but after sprints it's back. It really hurts to roll over in bed, when I sneeze there is a really sharp pain. Any ideas? | ||

Big fish in a small pond Member 1150, 2101 posts | Im just going off past experience, where they have been no help with previous injuries and told me they where soft muscle tissue when they where a torn cartilage and a torn tendon. This is of course a generalization but you can only go off previous experiences. Hixxy whats a diet going to do for me? lol | ||
