Imagine how easy it would be to lie about it though. Unless they are watching you 24/7 you could just say you lived on it for a year

The rules they've set out for it are very strict. You have to live within a few miles of where it's made for a start I think, plus you can only do 30 minutes exercise per day and can drink only water for the year.

Couldn't live of it to be honest I fond it makes up the extra 1000 calories a day on top of normal meals..cheaper and easier so works for me just like a protein shake really not a substitute for meals like they sell it.

Huel update #2.5

Just been shopping to Asda in the free Huel™ T-shirt which you get with the first order.

It fits nicely and I could almost feel the envy pouring out of the draconian, nutritiously incomplete, able bowelled, solid food buyers around me. I estimate at least 50% of them probably benched less than me.

I did buy some beef mince though, poor cow. Maybe once Huel™ finally becomes the sole legal form of human sustenance I won't be tempted by Satan's vices.

I'm not finding it hard to picture you guys struggling to poo, Huel or not. Weigie, it helps if I look at yours right to left. The bearded one you definitely have the smug look of someone who's just dominated a proper royal Richard. Post wipe. Job done!!

I loal'd. I remember the only time I almost got constipation when I was younger. I was maybe 8 or 9 years old at the time. My mum brought home a fresh baked full french loaf. I ended up eating that full badboy all in a oner and then went out up the hills probably getting quite dehydrated.
That night when I was home I needed a poo but it was kind of itching the inside of my butt, it's hard to explain. I went up to do the old squat and squeeze but it just wasn't coming out. I was hearing ringing in my ears and shaking from the strain. Eventually I managed to push about an inch out but no more was for coming to see the big wide world. I had to make a pair of toilet paper foreceps and had to pull the log kicking and screaming out into the world.

Needless to say that was the last time I ever ate a whole french loaf in one sitting.

Eating excessive quantities of bread has led many a man to the precipice of oblivion on the toilet.

The Marks and Sparks near me do the most wonderful fresh baked loaves, but they only really last a day and my missus doesn't eat it so it's invariably a one man job to get it finished. Now, older and wiser, I am happy to eat as much as I want and put the rest in the bin but the first time I had it I felt obliged to eat the whole thing...

... it was merely hours before the loaf decided it's second baking was complete and it would very much like to be put to sea. It was almost as though my colon was suddenly gifted with a level of tactile feeling previously only possessed by my fingertips as I became hyper-aware of every fold and nuance in the turd within my body. I had a feeling passing this abomination would be like a breach birth in the frontier times, so I took a hefty book, a glass of water and some lucozade tablets up to the bog with me.

It was a challenge akin to solving the Hellraiser puzzle box (with the attendant physical anguish) but some time around chapter 7 the poo had cleared, and was somehow Y shaped, like a stinky divining rod. The age old debate of whether to stand up or remain sitting to wipe was moot, as I didn't have the strength left in my legs to stand. My vision unblurred, and, giving a three flush salute, I sent my legacy out into the English Channel.

To think of Huel robbing me of the simple joys of challenging poos is unthinkable.

I had a good loal at the lucozade tablets!

That kind of poo is defo a bread side effect. Glad I'm not the only one.

I think a seeded loaf might be quite enjoyable. Your colon would likely hav a good scraping and clean out passing one of those bread poo badboys.

Huel update #3

Well I had a few days of solid food eating and now I'm back on Huel. A little less though.

Some amazing things have happened. Firstly I'm pooing daily again, nice solid turds too.
Also I've had positive gym sessions.

I think my body has become one with the Huel. Shaped by it... moulded by it. The downside though is the killer trouser gas leaks have come to an halt, which was the thing that impressed me most.

I've still not had the testicles to tell my 'anything invented post-1980 is a fad for lazy youths' believing father that I'm on powdered meals though. The shame it would bring.

Another side note, my snacking habits have gotten worse. I'm trying really hard to limit myself to only half a packet of biscuits per cup of tea. Huel is no match for lunchtime egg mayo sandwiches when it comes to preventing cravings.

I'm happy for your poo.
This experiment is fantastic. A worthy log for any sports nutritionist.

Maybe I should have rebooted my Sugden journal!

A bit late now. I'm just starting bag 3 of 4 of the stuff and I'm not sure if more will be ordered.
