The gym here is basic and old school, some one has written on the inside of the gym tent something along the lines off 'the prison gym lift big die young' lol very inspiring :S well just over 2 months left now, hopefully ill come back with some real strength and closer to 105kgs... and maybe ill even not come in the last 3 in any comps i enter  hope your all well see you later in the year oh and is smallsy still a c**t? | ||

My opinions have run their course Member 694, 3112 posts | i've never been mate, and i'm doing exercise bavarian surprise from the first of may so i won't be around, bavarian surprise is a week of AT in southern germany/austria, kayaking, mountain biking climbing and all that its a right laugh and totally free | ||
