I'm 35yrs old 5'9" and 84kg (atm!). I've been doing weights for about one year. Yeah I know, I'm behind in this game. However I am finding that I enjoy it a lot and initially started it as part of a 'get fit' thing, but now I find that I like lifting as heavy as I can. That's why I'm here. I am not a big lifter by any means, but I am making good steady progress and intend to keep it going. So apologies in advance for all the numpty questions I'm going to be asking you lot, but everyone's gotta start somewhere right? Right? RIGHT!? BTW, I've added my 1RM weights to the 'League'. However, other than my wife verifying that I am just below parallel on my squats etc. I have never entered a comp nor have I got any videos. Should I do this before I enter my weights or is it OK to just stick in what I hand on heart reckon I am doing? Cheers guys Neil
