Have had it for about 2 weeks now and did competition at weekend, just dosed myself up with painkillers. Does anybody know how long it takes to go away and what I can do or take to quicken the healing process.
I have 3 fingers that are constantly numb and pins and needles all the time, cannot lift a fork without it hurting.
Any advice muchly appreciated.

Beyond the usual "R.I.C.E and see your GP" type of advice, having needles stuck in trigger points by a physio worked for me. A physio should also assess whether imbalance of opposing muscles is a contributing factor.

the pins and needles in your fingers might be caused by nerve root entrapment

i had Active Release Therapy done on my forearms, as i had tendonitis and i would say if you can get that done it will help alot IMO. or if you can get to a Physio or sports massage person to get a deep tissue massage done this might help also.

i also found that if i didn't do exercises involving the bicep then it would aggravate it.

hope this helps

High rep hammer curls.

Thick handled wrist roller.

Do the wrist roller both ways. Really helped me out back in the day, recommended to me by Nick McKinless.

Have had it, although, touch wood seems to have subsided for the time being

any cleans, log or power or continental, seem to aggrivate mine
