Hey fellas.
At the u90k strongman comp I leaned back quite a lot with the 95kg safe press and I have had a bit of a "sore" lower back when doing that same leaning back motion ever since.
Anything I can do to help things along? It annoys.

when i went to the chiro dude , he said that can be a facet joint strain - them knobbily things that stick out of your vertibrea ,esp if its worse when you twist whilst leaning back (under supervision from your beard)

my back is messed up from the comp to smalls, iv jus bin for a sports massage and seems a lot better.... i had a lot of knots in my back ill let you know how it is when i get bk to the gym but so far so good!

i suggest if you are gonna do strong man i see an osteopath and sports massage geezer once a month so make sure im all m.o.t'ed up. if your back is out of line in anyway it can cause injurys all over your body due to tomuch pressure
