At the u90k strongman comp I leaned back quite a lot with the 95kg safe press and I have had a bit of a "sore" lower back when doing that same leaning back motion ever since. Anything I can do to help things along? It annoys. | ||

anti-social, except when needs help to put suit on Member 607, 2803 posts | my back is messed up from the comp to smalls, iv jus bin for a sports massage and seems a lot better.... i had a lot of knots in my back ill let you know how it is when i get bk to the gym but so far so good! | ||
