It must be the best time to be a pro strongman in terms of opportunity for prize money. It'll be interesting to see if they come up with a few new events as a equipment manufacturer. "The first annual Strongman competition will be making its debut at this year’s Invitational, as 10 of the world’s top Strongman competitors will take on a unique slate of challenges, devised and created by the same team behind the infamous Wheel of Pain and the Elephant Deadlift Bar amongst many others. For even more feats of strength, our Rogue Record Breaker competitions will be back throughout the weekend, showcasing amazing accomplishments across multiple strength disciplines. Previous RRB events include the Monster Bell Press, the Elephant Bar Deadlift, and the legendary Steinborn Squat. His retirement seemed mostly aimed at not working with WSM. Career opportunities may be limited for a 150kg glass jaw (depending how the fight goes obviously).

WUS is moving towards fast rep events. Is there a gap for a show with new equipment competitors can't prepare for?

Even just better quality equipment for a lot of things would be cool.
