Wayne was at the competition I was at, and was able to choose a sensible and successful pr attempt.
This was after about 2 hours of warming up and cooling down, as the organisers failed to use a rising bar format.


Unfortunately if I carb up I won't make weight. Or I'll be 9 kilos under in the next weight class. lol. I might need to lose a few kgs first actually, so I can actually eat before the comp.

at least consider taking some drugs ......

then you will see how much easier / funnerer it is !!

however , dont decide to 'blast+cruise' which seems to be what everyone does nowerdays i.e stay on forever and worry about death later on.

where is comp ?

Lol. It's a British powerlifting comp. ipf. I'm not being that person ffs.

Christmas comp Fighting fit. Manchester. Did it 2 years ago. As an u83 M1 novice. Lol.

Ray Williams squat is down 100lbs.

I think the IPF might be taking testing a bit more seriously now.

BUT NOT FOR PEOPLE LOOKING FOR A 10kg PR IN THE M1 CLASS!!!!

Test, Tren, Mast up until event day. Check Drops on the day for all time PR.

pete DM'd me and we are both doing a quick 3 week dbol blast , hopefully no-one will notice petes bloaty mc.bloatface , or his 600lb deadlift.
