Level 3. Never quite closed them but got within 3 cm. Is that a good feat? Today, just found them again and can barely get 2-3inches close haha. Can't find the level 3s any more online. Anybody know their rating? Also, how to Strength Shop grippers size up to COC. I mean, palm size? They feel quite bulky and I have large hands.

Member 2775, 6927 posts | Sounds like you are on about different grippers. The strength shop ones we have go to #4 not #2.5, and they definitely aren't bulky, they have thin handles.

I bought mine ages ago. Now their website has these options: Please use the drop down menu to choose which model/strength of gripper you would like. No.1 - rated at 100lbs No.1.5 - rated at 150lbs No.2 - rated at 200lbs No.2.5 - rated at 250lbs
