Banded Flossing (read about it but struggled to try it so gave up) Light Db curls starting in hammer position and twisting out at top. Slow eccentric Db wrist curls 6sec down) 3x8-10. Compression cuff to support area if returning to pressing after week or two resting. | ||

I suffer badly with both elbows, right more than left Fatty acids and glucosomine with chondroitin to aid recovery, wear neoprene sleeves when you can to keep the area(s) warm when training etc | ||
