I think.
Pain right on the bone on the underside of my elbow. Where forearm attaches.
Any hints on how to alleviate/fix it? Ta

Painful cross friction massage
General forearm massage.
Banded Flossing (read about it but struggled to try it so gave up)
Light Db curls starting in hammer position and twisting out at top.
Slow eccentric Db wrist curls 6sec down) 3x8-10.
Compression cuff to support area if returning to pressing after week or two resting.

More than likely bursitis Pete

Read up on this and how to treat it!

I suffer badly with both elbows, right more than left

Fatty acids and glucosomine with chondroitin to aid recovery, wear neoprene sleeves when you can to keep the area(s) warm when training etc

Don't rule it out as pain can 'refer'...!

Read up on bursitis, tendinitis etc...
