'There was also a sausage in my mouth.' Member 2477, 16481 posts SQ 190, BP 130, DL 235555.0 kgs @ 83kgs UnEq | for what its worth, i got shown a yoga stretch that seems to be helping a little bit. You lie with a foam roller under your upper back with your hands behind your head, so you're in a position of full thoracic extension with your arms open, stretching the pecs. You then do what is known as the "full yogic breath", whereby you take a deep breath initially into the lower abdomen but then kind of fill up your entire lungs, until the same breath is also going into your upper lungs. I probably explained that really badly but i found that it stretches the rib cage which seems to have some tight muscles surrounding it (for me). It feels unpleasant at the time but then somewhat better afterwards. Maybe il just go to a physio | ||
