Keep getting slight twinges in my back and I want to try and get rid of them forever. Want to get to the bottom of it.I think it's my piriformis in my left side, maybe. My back went early 2010 and again in the back end of summer 2010 and since then it's been playing on my mind even though I've progressed really well. I don't want this to go on forever so any help would be appreciated. (this might want to be in the training forum  ) | ||
