Member 1470, 193 posts SQ 245, BP 185, DL 325755.0 kgs @ 111.6kgs UnEq | agree with all of the above i have had a time with tendonitis, prehab usually bi's tri's twice a week 3 light sets of 20 reps, and another day 15 reps. I had tightness in the chest and shoulder areas which i had to stretch with flys and manual stretching. Also i wore my elbow sleeves to work all day and took them off at night to keep the heat in the area then icing when i got home fo around 10 minutes every night basically put the ice pack on when i was eating tea and made it a habit | ||
