200kg 3x15 Speed runs.

DB

35kg Snatch L+R x2
45kg x1 L+R
51kg Giant DB x1 Right arm. First time i've done this!
49kg Monster DB x3 FTOH's. Never quite locked the second one out but still a PB
54kg Monster DB PB

Duck Walk

147.5kg x15mtrs with one drop.

Then picked up the yoke, Conans wheel style with 195kg and walked maybe 3-4 mtrs..

Was a little unsure how this was going to go after my Yoke PB yesterday..

160kg x1 this felt tough!
175kg xF As i suspected..
