there both pretty far away tbh, so ill prob just do which ever has the better suited events for me.
i dont know who this thomas is but im guessing hes pretty good! so i may try and avoid him....
what does outspan mean ?

Thomas... Tom Hibbet, they guy who ran the comp saturday lol
He's quite good, rapid at medleys and awesome at repping events... he beat me at Watford comp on the last event as you did on saturday so you will be a good match up (",)

I wouldnt worry about the events, you'll definately qualify sideshow bob

Its a orange drink that use to be on sale in the 80's... i turned up for my first comp and over did it with the fake tan so Rob Frampton called me Outspan!!!

Realy happy as ive only ever lifted an atlas stone twice ever, and the last time was 2 years ago!

Backs killin now tho. Pain in the centre of my lower bk where my spine is. Hurtin fot a few weeks now. Any idears?

think ive self assessed what is wrong with my back and i think its squats that are to blame as thats when the pain occurs and not from deadlifts. i think the fact that i have gone from next to no squatting to squatting 3 times a week has taken abit of a toll on my lower back, with the downward pressure. and im a scaffolder so carry stuff on my shoulders all day too so i dont think its getting a chance to recover. i am thus cutting out squats for this week and see how i get on

deadlifts - low intensity due to back, had no pain during the lifts
