squated upto 240 +60 chain off 15inch box suited. was balls out max!

today.
upto 55x11 flat dbs - I'm wank at dbs so want to improve them.
100 5x5 incline bb - 30 sec rest
weighted dips
lbstone curls.

I want a raw bench PB, last time I hit 180 was like 2 years ago lol
