Up to you tho, you know your body, i squat nearly everyday so Id maybe run it twice or 3 times a year. Same as everything, itll lose its ability. If we could all add 90kg to our squat per year, we wouldnt be squatting what we do lol. | ||

I'll try it for a few weeks and see how I get on. Think my deadlift will suffer but I'm goona give it a crack. | ||

Just deadlift after youve squatted, it wont suffer, just dont kid yourself n try and pull a PB everyday. If you squat enough, your deadlift will go up. Simples. | ||
