Russian squat routine.

So 6 weeks on then take a few weeks off?

I'm thinking:
Mon squat/shoulders
Wed squats/deads
Fri squats
Sat events

Yeah can do that ^ really wanna do squats before events? 6x6 & 6x5 isnt easy lol. Up to you tho, you know your body, i squat nearly everyday so Tongue

Id maybe run it twice or 3 times a year. Same as everything, itll lose its ability. If we could all add 90kg to our squat per year, we wouldnt be squatting what we do lol.

I added 90kg in my first year and was hoping to do it again. I miss the easy days.

I'll try it for a few weeks and see how I get on. Think my deadlift will suffer but I'm goona give it a crack.

Just deadlift after youve squatted, it wont suffer, just dont kid yourself n try and pull a PB everyday. If you squat enough, your deadlift will go up. Simples.
