Warmed up shoulders with bar and smith machine. Not too much shoulder pain today. Log 70kg x 5 - strict 90kg x 5 - strict 100kg x 3 110kg x 3 120kg x 3 - crap reps 120kg x 1 - even crapper! 90kg x 6 - one motioned Part 2 of the hook grip challenge with James Ward. Deadlift - hook grip 200kg x 1 240kg x 1 260kg x 1 270kg x 1 280kg x 1 290kg x 1 300kg x f Back gave out before grip. James has vids. Good laugh today and I'm pretty tired now. | ||
