Yeah hope so, not firing right at the moment apart from maybe one or two reps, feel a lot stronger on them overheads recently for some reason, not complaining lol

Valhalla in ashvegas with james and ben

Got up to 110 either side
Failed on 120 but Got it up and moved it a few metres.

Yoke
Did 180 40m
Failed at 200 couldnt stop it swinging.

Enjoyed it. James was fast as f**k.

Was good mate, you train in the car park, they had tyres, gas bottle farmers, Yoke, normal farmers, rope pulls All kinds of torture devices LOL.
Normal gym inside 4 quid to get in, sound.

Your farmers impressed me massively yesterday mate. 110KG x 20m first attempt at 90ish KG is pretty good

Yoke will come on in the coming months too

After seeing that vid i could deffo get that better, my hips shot up first as always and i ended up pulling with my back as usual, on plus point my starting position was better than usual but not enough legs, i find it hard to involve the legs more and stop them hips rising.

Pressing out of the question for a few weeks, pulled a tendon or bicep in my left ARM on an overhead. Hurts like s**t.Unhappy on a plus side these pain killers are Awsome Tongue
