this morning in a winter wonder land

ghetto band deadlift (new set up plates further apart creating more band tension)
all weights plus 2 doubled reds

f@270 was over my knee and battles like a mofo but the band tension coulsnt be beaten productive set mind and would have bewn a 5kg pb over the old set so I am happy with it

its a needs must thing thou neil if a gym like the junction or bulks etc opened in york my kit would be on ebay on the fay they opened as I miss out on event training so must through bad weather or hiding from pikey's.

lucky I can wing it on comp day with most moving events

I am starting to win on the hip front. regulat stretching the outside of it and a slight change in deadlift tech has worked wonders. everything else is in check for now touch wood.

was gonna go light and do some speed work as I have been banging out some overhead pbs lately. I was doing speed push presses and on the second set with 85 and a red a side I got a little pain when locking out. next set the pain was bad so stopped that tried a few things but all pressing was done with also all rowing movements. so just did a load of isolation stuff and abs.

I am sure however its only a minor set back

warmed up on deads wsd wanting a heavy triple failed a 270 had 5 mins then got it but my head was prpper done in after that I almost got 270 with 2 doubled bands last week wtf

then went to box squats and while warming up something happened in my left quad it felt like something was squirming inside it. so binned it all off and went indoors in a right sulk.
