Member 1925, 49 posts | A little info about next weeks qualifier, running order will be:- 1) Press Medley - 120kg log 1st, 75kg Dumbell 2nd & 150kg log 3rd. 2) Shield Carry, 180kg, Head to Head. 3) Loading, items are :- the shield at half the weight (90kg) lying flat on floor, 115kg keg, 120kg sack & 140kg keg, Head to Head. 4) Deadlift for reps, 280kg, Head to Head. 5) Arm over Arm, heavy chain - 20m. 6) Stones. All events have been tested. There will be a small break after the 3rd event. Comp will start at 12, please be at Burns Gym no later than 10:30 in morning of comp. There will also be a £5 entry fee to help cover costs of T-shirts, drinks etc. | ||

Had to leave a little early with wee man I know My mate Mark Hunter came 5th and Nick Foxall 6th what a deadlifter for 20 yrs of age did he pull 7 reps @ 280 ?? Not sure about the other results but Some awesome performances ! Also the shetland boys Done great ... Scottish shield carry record was also broken I believe ?? I got HD vids from all events just not sure how to upload them from my vids on computer ? finals should be intresting | ||
