Push press!

I wouldnt bother with the elbow sleeves, work on building strength without them then use them for max attempts.

Not sure why you belt then belly cleaned it, surely your strong enough too clean that from the floor!

Nice presses mate, personally i find sleeves help stop my elbows aching on heavy push presses so wear them if you want, it aint gonna hinder your training at all IMO.

I do Think they're a little pointless for strict press training tho, not really any shock on the elbows with them.

But thats just my advice.... do whatever the f**k YOU WONNA DO!

Nice pressing, looks like you have long arms so even more impressive, IMO lose the belly clean. I am sure you can power clean

I can understand the belly clean practice, I do it as. Learned my lesson the hard way, couldn't power clean an axle in a comp and the belly clean took all my energy. If it needs work then put the time in. Belly cleaning an axle feels different to an oly bar, just thought Id throw that in there.

Yeah i can say its not up there as one of my more enjoyable lifts but like you said got to put the work in, unfortunately im not in the position to use an axle at the minute so oly bar has to be used.

put your grip slightly wider you may find it more comfortable

and try drive threw the legs more with make it easier ie push with legs explode off shouders

if you drive then for a split second 'stop' like you did then try to press you have lost all the power

ie i have pressed 85k but can push press well over 100 with the right technique

Will widen my grip and give it a go Friday and post a video, i tend to use a narrow grip when benching aswell. What do you mean about hips through mate ?

Agree with widening the grip; you'll find that currently your OH presses are more triceps than shoulders; ideally you want an even split between them

I've got lanky'ish arms at 6ft 4 so my grip is wide'ish; about thumb on the ring of a knurled bar

You want your forearms to be 90degrees to the bar so that when you press your arms go up and outwards slightly but not too wide that you struggle to lock out; but also not too narrow so that your grip is narrower than your shoulder width!

I may be talking s**te but for me the above works very well...
