Roughly 80 PP and 120 bench, so 66%.

Working on getting this ratio higher for SM, but doing strict press and close grips as dumbbells at my gym only go to 40s.

i did 120 or 130 PP and 165 bench .. so just a big more , but i didnt train bench much atall ...

Im pretty "overhead efficient". 105 PP (110 from behind the neck) / 110 BP (alltime best, I dont train BP).

i was allways terrible at anything overhead although i did once jerk 90kg which is not good but im still pleased with Happy

Don't do push press, but strict press to bench is approx 70%
120 strict press, 170 bench.

I did 90 behind the neck when I was raw benching around 140. No idea now.

we have the same log! but you out strict me by 20kg, outpush press me by 20kg and out bench me by 40kg!!!

I am absolutely terrible at cleaning a log, I have failed to clean 130 almost every time I've tried, once got a 135 up, but was too f**ked to even attempt the press

Think I have figured out what I was doing wrong though

PP - 110 last measured in October but would guess I am up a bit on that.
Bench - 175kg in competition (185kg TNG in the gym)

Overhead has been neglected until recently so I am hoping to get that ratio a bit more evened out.

If you are talking about floor to overhead then you can probably half that push press.
