Strict Overhead press with axel off squat stands 70kg x 4 70kg x 4 75kg x 3 80kg x 2 80kg x 3 Changed my hand position so palms where facing up and took off my thumbs on grip, felt uncomfortable (need more wrist flexibility) but much more stable and better lifts - thanks John, James and Mick for pointing it out even though my tiny mind wouldn't except it at first. Flat Bench Press 60kg x 5 100kg x 5 110kg x3 115kg x 3 115kg x3 Face pulls 3 sets of 12, can't remember weight just what felt taxing, dough must pay more attention. | ||

Seated overhead barbell press 5 x 60 5 x 80 3 x 90 Seated Dumbell strict 5 x 30 5 x 30 5 x 30 5 x 30 5 x 30 Pull ups close grip 8 5 5 5 5 Bench press smith machine 5 x 70 5 x 100 5 x 110 5 x 110 3 x 120 Could've done more but smith press Is hard on my elbows Leg press ha ha Yes no Squat stands in this gym 15 x 195 was on full stack Very easy. Press machine. 95 x 5 95 x 5 95 x 5 Set of Lat pull down but machine was so s**t gave up Steam room 10 min Suana 10 min Jacuzzi 10 min best part of the gym Never seen so many running machines. And cross trainers in one place. | ||
