 Does f*ck all for SugdenBarbell.co.uk Member 1, 7173 posts SQ 182.5, BP 110, DL 205497.5 kgs @ 107kgs UnEq Administrator | Hi all Boar has decided to retire as a site admin after 6 years -- he will still be posting on the forum as usual. Jonny was one of the first members on Sugden, signing up back in August 2006, and has made a massive contribution to the site ever since. Anyone who has met him will know what a top bloke he is, and I had the privilege of being his training parter a few years ago, when we both pushed each other on and had a great laugh at the same time. I'd like to thank him for his contribution as an admin (which can be a thankless task at times!) and wish him all the best for the future. Cheers Jon! | ||

HURRAH ! and happy christmas. as a mark of respect smalls' was the last tagline i changed , and its a bit rubbish , but thats life ! | ||
