i thin if you set a reasonable total i.e. 530 which would test you but not to the point of breaking you and look to finish on 180/120/230 that would be an awesome day Grin

in that case didnt happen. in fact most of this journal didnt. i just make it up so people think iv got off my arse n i can pretend im a lifter Cool

i never dance, im more of thumb clicker n head bobber haha. much prefer a celebrationary bicep pose or gorilla chest drum

Cheers ya pair of goatses. I'll just have to see how it goes. Not putting pressure on myself to chase numbers, but if I'm feeling good I'll try and make sure I give Team Doats a decent total to watch.

still full of cold. got scales to work this morning after biting the batteries, weighed 88.5kg

deadlifts
70 x 6
110 x 5
130 x 4
150 x 3
170 x 2
190 x 1
190 x 8 PB - no hitched reps either Cool

was unsure to go 190 or 200 today the 190 single felt wank so decided to go 190, wish i hadnt now. f**k knows were 8 came from tho lol, will attempt the 200x5 next week n today has upped my confidence a lot.

side ups x 4 sets of 5 (2 close, 2 wide)

db rows x 3 sets of 10 @ 35kg

got a stitch after deadlifts n was nearly sick a couple times doing rows, other than that it was a very good session

thankyou all very much u set of beasts.

edit: just a few notes for myself really. new set up, wider grip n wider stance today, also didnt use slippers/insoles for main set. definately feels better without them but if i do every set without my knees hurt.

slippers are a bit cushion-ey so prob loose some force through them?

circuit = rev flys x 10 / flys x 10 / raises x 15 / x 3 circuits


triceps were f**ked after oh, even on the 100x3 warm up on bench they felt like they was guna give in. need to come up with a better approach as its letting my bench down almost every week now. wanted 5x125, which wud be an equal PB so cant really grumble with 4. very happy with strict press today, hit the target and 90x5 is my 5rm so 2 sets was nice. also wrote a lil plan out for now til end of year as iv just been making it up each week recently
